Schumer Duped

NY Senator Chcuk Schumer threatens to withhold  approval of Supreme Court nominees.

In a July 27th speech to the Constitution Society Senator Schumer claims the Senate was duped

by Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito.  He said the Senate should refuse to confirm any future

nominees.  Another frigthening statement out of the Democrats.  We must win the White House in '08.

We must unify for 2 + 2 + 2 = '08

LIBERALS TRY TO RESTRAIN ROBERTS COURT

In another attack on the Supreme Court, Slate.com published an article today by Emily Bazelon, Restraint to the Wind and other ways for the Legal Left to Rein in the Roberts Court.

Just another example why we must unite and support (and elect) the GOP nominee for President in 2008.

While you are waiting to contribute to the nominee send those dollars to your GOP house or senate candidate
so we can regain control of Congress, too.

Remember 2 (Roberts and Alito) plus 2 (Scalia and Thomas) plus 2 more = '08

2 + 2 + 2 = ' 08

Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito have helped turn the court in the right direction.    2

Together with Justices Scalia and Thomas  + 2 we are almost there.

Control of the court for the next generation is dependant upon the next
+ 2
appointments.

We must all work together for the GOP presidentail nominee in '08 to guarantee these
appoointments.

2 + 2 + 2 = '08

BEWARE LIBERALS WHO WANT TO PACK THE COURT

No Left Turns, one of my favorite blogs, links to a New York Times op-ed today where Jean Michael Smith proposes that the next democratic congress (and president) expand the Supreme Court to regain control.

A frightening thought - and another reason to elect a Republican in 2008 and control the Supreme Court.
Liberals know they can't win in the court of public opinion so they have to try to control the Supreme Court no matter what.
